A domestic Low-Code PaaS platform for the rapid development of a wide range of data-centric systems such as ERP\CRM\BPM\DMS, providing access to the source code.
Objectives
1. Ensuring the digitalization of business with independent software products.
To implement this idea, the CodeCruiser digital platform will be used—a domestic Low-Code PaaS platform for rapid development. It allows for the creation of a wide range of data-centric systems such as ERP\CRM\BPM\DMS. It possesses unique advantages due to its architectural flexibility and system code generation.
2. Conducting and scaling professional programming training for students based on the domestic Low-code platform "Code Cruiser". Training on the Code Cruiser platform will allow an entry-level programmer, after 2 months of study, to produce results corresponding to a high-level developer with knowledge in business process analytics, IT landscape architecture, and client and server-side development. Scaling will be achieved through the digitalization of the educational process and the placement of its materials on the Internet. This project will help reverse the trend of qualified specialist outflow from Russia and create centers of competence/development for automation systems at both the state and corporate levels. The training provides for students to acquire competencies in "Full stack development" (analytics, architecture, client and server sides) on the domestic platform of LLC "Technologies of the Future". Criteria: digitalization, import substitution in IT, IT training in Russia, Industry 4.0.
The proposed approach brings together educational institutions, students, and companies to solve problems. The project provides for:
1. Work with students. Organizing training for students of educational institutions in the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the training, they receive knowledge that is in demand in the labor market.
2. Work with commercial and state companies for the subsequent employment of trained students. Expanding the IT market in Russia. A new ideology for company digitalization will be formed. The idea will be conveyed to companies that they are capable of independently developing their own digitalization systems using qualified, trained students without resorting to expensive commercial contracts. Companies will be able to use the "Code Cruiser" platform and trained students to create various systems: CRM solutions (customer relationship management), ERP solutions (enterprise resource planning), BPM solutions (business process management), accounting systems of various levels, warehouse modules, inventory systems, and other multi-user environments and solutions. Also, in light of high programmer salaries and increased demand for their services, we help companies solve recruitment problems. Students can be trained for specific company requests and are guaranteed employment after training.
3. Work with universities. The university provides its platform and resources for training students in a high-demand profession, establishes partnerships with companies, and increases the practical component in scientific research.
3. Providing the Code Cruiser platform as a service for enterprises to independently create information systems.
4. Implementation of state infrastructure tasks in the IT sector: maximum import substitution in the field of rapid software development systems, considering that even Open Source solutions are now being restricted by Western companies from use in the Russian corporate sector.
