The latest pulver-jet technology for surface cleaning and metallization against corrosion (zinc, aluzinc).
The best protection against corrosion is galvanizing or aluminizing with preliminary preparation of the substrate surface – the metallization process. Zinc and aluminum in combination with iron are anodic metals with an electrode potential lower than that of iron, which creates a galvanic pair and protects the base metal from corrosion. The anode undergoes corrosion, thereby saving the base material from it
Stages:
1. Cleaning: An analogue of "sandblasting", but many times more powerful. Advantages – higher abrasive speed – higher surface quality Sa3! (supersonic speed Mach 3))
2. Anodic coating application. Semi-molten metal particles are "peened" onto the heated base metal, creating an anodic layer.
3. Third stage: airless application of finish paint coatings with a high degree of adhesion.
