We are a Russian team developing digital tools for the construction segment.
GIP VISION — GIP GROUP SOLUTIONS LLC, a Skolkovo project participant and an IT company accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia. The product is based on the practical experience of the GIP GROUP in design and construction management.
Our product GIP VISION helps utilize BIM models directly at the construction site: using a phone or tablet screen to overlay the design onto the real space, verify solutions before installation, and monitor completed works.
The solution is designed for developers, general and specialized contractors, designers, construction control services, and architectural supervision.
GIP VISION addresses tasks such as:
— visually verifying design solutions directly on-site at a 1:1 scale via augmented reality;
— identifying collisions, disputed nodes, and problem areas at early construction stages;
— faster comparison of the design and the actual situation at the site;
— reducing the number of clarifications between the designer, production and technical department, technical supervision, and contractors;
— lowering the risk of rework and its cost through early detection.
GIP VISION is also a common data environment where all key information is collected: drawings, BIM models, specifications, estimates, work schedules, and as-built documentation.
Using the GIP VISION platform results in:
