LLC Active-Nano performs research and development in the field of new materials, nanomaterials, mechanochemistry, and mechanical alloying. High-energy-density planetary mills allow for fine grinding to be carried out quickly and efficiently.
Main areas of cooperation:
Currently, Russia produces planetary mills industrial-type, batch and continuous action units, with high accelerations of 20-28 G and productivity from 3 kg/h to 5 t/h. We conduct searches for optimal material grinding conditions in planetary mills to solve the Customer's tasks.
We are ready to cooperate in the development and production of new materials and invite partners to participate in Russian and international programs.

- Grinding of powder materials and their certification
- Production of composite materials, including nanocomposites, with metal and ceramic matrices.
