Enhancement of smart home systems through the implementation of more efficient priority heating.
A thermostat is installed in each room. Air and floor surface temperature data are transmitted to a controller. An innovative software algorithm processes the information and selects the priority and operating parameters for the heating systems: underfloor heating (water or electric), radiator, convector, or air heating.
That is, the room is primarily heated only by the underfloor system, but if power is insufficient, an additional radiator circuit is activated, allowing the set temperature to be maintained at all times.
Sensors respond to all temperature changes related to weather conditions and domestic heat emissions. The air temperature remains constant regardless of how many people are in the room or their activities. A large gathering or cooking will not lead to a temperature increase with our smart heating system.
Thanks to this implementation, the consumer does not experience any sudden temperature fluctuations. There is no need to ventilate the room due to excessive heating or use additional heaters if warmth is lacking in any of the rooms.
Enables energy resource savings and aligns with ecological trends. A one-time major purchase allows for savings over many years, as resource costs continue to rise annually. This system represents an investment in the future.
