About the Center
The NTI Center for Distributed Ledger Technologies, specializing in Distributed Ledger Technologies at Saint Petersburg State University, was established in 2018 following a competitive selection process for grants to support National Technological Initiative centers at higher education and research organizations, in accordance with Government of the Russian Federation Decree No. 1251 dated October 16, 2017. The program operator is the National Technological Initiative Projects Support Fund.The Center's activities focus on developing new solutions based on distributed ledger technology, establishing links and partnerships with commercial organizations to implement its developments, creating new educational programs, and providing legal and other expert support in the blockchain field.

- Training specialists in distributed ledger technology
- Creating educational programs and online courses
- Providing expert services and assistance in resolving legal issues in the field of digitalization and the application of blockchain technologies.
- Developing software products using distributed ledger technology (blockchain)
- We also actively participate in conferences, organize our own events at Saint Petersburg State University venues, and coordinate the activities of the Consortium, whose members include leading Russian educational and commercial organizations.
