How it works:
- The full range of the most popular retail chains is available for selection on our website or in the application. Assemble your order and schedule delivery for the nearest or most convenient time. Orders can be placed up to three days in advance.
- Delivery is carried out to addresses within the coverage area. To find out which stores are available for your address, enter the street name and house number or select it on the map when entering the site.
- After placing the order, you can track the assembly and delivery status in your Personal Account.
- A picker assembles your order in the store aisle, carefully and meticulously, as if for themselves. Dairy products with the freshest dates (from the back of the shelf, of course), intact eggs, and the best-looking fruits and vegetables.
- If an item in the order is out of stock or the entire batch has a poor appearance, the picker will call you to explain the situation and suggest replacement options.
- Before delivery, the order is packed into bags, thermal bags, and containers. We observe product compatibility and care for the environment. If this is important to you, select the “fewer bags” option.
- The courier will load the containers and arrive as quickly as possible. All that remains is to receive and, if desired, check the order. Payment will be deducted at that moment. Several payment methods are available; choose the one most convenient for you.
