This was the first competitive track of the all-Russian contest in Saint Petersburg, organized by the Saint Petersburg Technopark and the Academy of Technical Creativity and Digital Technologies.

“Popularizing unmanned technologies is a key task for all industry representatives and for our Technopark in particular. I am convinced that a systematic approach to holding competitions such as ‘Cyberdrome.Start’ will make a significant contribution to the development of this industry. Supporting youth technological creativity, stimulating interest in both the engineering and sporting components of the UAS industry, and involving primary school students in competitions help improve personnel training and strengthen our country's position in the global high-tech market.”
The participants performed flights in the Quadrosim simulator — a specialized platform created by Ninsar, a Technopark resident company. It features over 100 missions for drone pilot training and various tasks ranging from educational to sporting and tactical. Winners were awarded certificates and prizes from the Saint Petersburg Technopark.
A Round Table was also held to discuss the integration of unmanned technologies into education. Experts shared experiences, discussed how university students can mentor schoolchildren participating in competitions, and established a competition calendar for the coming year.
