The NTI Fund is the project office of the National Technology Initiative, providing financial and expert support to companies for the implementation of NTI projects using federal budget funds.

NTI Infrastructure Development
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 03, 2018 N 402, the Fund is endowed with the functions of an operator in terms of financial support for the implementation of programs for the development of specific areas of the National Technological Initiative by non-profit organizations acting as infrastructure centers.
NTI Project Support
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 16, 2017 N1251, the Fund is endowed with the functions of the National Technological Initiative project office in terms of providing grants for state support of centers and providing organizational, technical, and information support for the competitive selection for grants for state support of centers, including the organization of expert evaluation of applications from participants in the specified competitive selection, support, and monitoring of the centers' activities.
NTI Technology Competitions
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 03, 2018 N 403, the Fund is endowed with the functions of a technology competition operator for the purpose of implementing the National Technological Initiative and providing organizational, technical, and information support for conducting technology competitions, including the organization of testing, expert evaluation of participant applications, promotion of technology competitions, operating expenses, creation of competition and testing infrastructure, and formation of a prize fund for awarding winners and runners-up of technology competitions.
