RFRIT is a development institution of the VEB.RF group and an operator of state support measures within the framework of the national projects "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" and "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State." Objectives
- Financial provision and other support for scientific, technical, and innovative activities in the field of information and communication technologies;
- Assisting in the promotion of products, intellectual property rights, works, and services of Russian organizations in the field of information and communication technologies in domestic and foreign markets;
- Promoting import substitution of high-tech products, including software, computer, and communication equipment;
- Assisting in meeting the future human resource needs of Russian organizations in the field of information and communication technologies;
- Popularization of activities and professions in the field of information and communication technologies.
The founder of the Russian Information Technology Development Fund is the Russian Federation.
The management bodies of the fund are the supervisory board of the fund, the management board of the fund, and the general director of the Fund.
The Board of Trustees of the fund supervises the activities of the Fund, the decision-making by other bodies of the fund and ensuring their implementation, the use of the fund's resources, and its compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The expert bodies of the fund are the expert councils of the fund.
The supreme collegial management body of the fund is the supervisory board of the fund.
The management of the current activities of the fund is carried out by the management board of the fund and the general director of the fund, who are accountable to the supervisory board of the fund.
