The Founder of the Fund is the constituent entity of the Russian Federation — the federal city of Saint Petersburg, represented by the Saint Petersburg Committee for Property Relations. The supervising executive authority is the Saint Petersburg Committee for Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade.
"My Business" Center in Saint Petersburg
On November 22, 2019, as part of the National Project "Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative," the "My Business" Center in Saint Petersburg was opened on the basis of the Non-Profit Organization "Fund for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Saint Petersburg."
Today, the "My Business" Center is a unique "front-office platform" where small and medium-sized enterprises, self-employed citizens, and those wishing to start a business are provided with a wide range of support tools for running and opening a business in a "one-stop shop" mode.
Since 2024, the Fund has acted as a support institution for creative industries in St. Petersburg.
Support for the self-employed and individual entrepreneurs on professional income tax, as well as "seamless" transition to individual entrepreneurship on the simplified tax system and legal entity registration
