Applicant requirements
The decision to grant the "NTI Project" status is made by the NTI ProjectCommittee based on an assessment of the proposed project results' compliance with:
- target indicators, directions, and activities of the roadmaps;
- objectives for ensuring technological leadership and (or) technological sovereignty;
- indicators for achieving technological development goals;
- the preliminary list of cross-cutting technologies (technological areas) defined in the "Concept of Technological Development for the Period up to 2030" (hereinafter – the CCT list);
- target indicators and objectives, the fulfillment of which characterizes
- the achievement of the national goal "Technological Leadership," established by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 309 dated May 7, 2024, "On the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2030 and for the Prospect up to 2036";
- priority areas of scientific and technological development and the list of
- critical science-intensive technologies approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation
- No. 529 dated June 18, 2024.
