Key Program Parameters


Grant amount: From 25 to 250 million rubles.
Extra-budgetary funding: at least 50% of the grant amount (depending on revenue size).
Funding period: no more than 3 years.
Total project implementation period: no more than 6 years from the start of funding.

Financing mechanism

Grant funding (targeted, non-repayable, non-refundable) + Annual reporting on project results

Expected result: Revenue growth of the technology company from the sale of new products (during the total project implementation period) — in an amount at least 5 times the grant size

Requirements for applicant organizations

The applicant is a Russian commercial organization with no outstanding debts
Organization revenue is at least 300 million (at least 100 million for small technology companies) and no more than 10 billion rubles.
Revenue for the last reporting year must be at least 4 times the requested grant amount
Presence of a corporate customer interested in the product being created
Proven track record of successful implementation of technological products
