- SME entities operating for more than 24 months from the date of state registration.
- Registration and tax accounting within the territory of Saint Petersburg;
- Arrears on assessed taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level do not exceed 50 thousand rubles as of the date of the loan application;
- No violations of terms under previously concluded agreements during the 3 months preceding the date of the loan application.
- Positive credit history
