The program is aimed at supporting companies that already have experience in the development and sale of their own high-tech products and are planning the development and launch of new types of products.
Preference is given to dynamically developing companies implementing import-substitution projects with high knowledge intensity and commercialization prospects
Applicant requirements
Legal entities classified as small business entities in accordance with Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated July 24, 2007, may participate in the competition under this program if they:- do not have outstanding grant agreements with the Fund;
- have experience in R&D and sales of their own high-tech products.
