Support for talented youth focused on innovation activities. Program participants are young scientists aged 18 to 30.

General information

The program is aimed at supporting commercially oriented scientific and technical projects of young innovators.

Participate in the competition individuals aged 18 to 35 inclusive, who are citizens of the Russian Federation and have not previously won in the program, are eligible for this program.

Support parameters:
  • grant amount – 500 thousand rubles;
  • R&D execution period – no more than 12 months (2 stages of 6 months each);
  • expenditure area – conducting R&D.

Expected results:
  • an application for registration of intellectual property rights for results created during the R&D has been filed;
  • a business plan for the innovation project has been developed, or an application has been submitted for the Fund's "Student Startup" or "Start" programs;
  •  a pre-acceleration program has been completed at an organization included in the Foundation's register of accredited pre-accelerators, to study the prospects for commercial use of R&D results;
  • a project roadmap has been drawn up.

If the project results are not achieved, the Foundation reserves the right to demand the return of the grant funds.

Individuals aged 18 to 30 inclusive (up to 35 for specific competitions) who are citizens of the Russian Federation and have not previously won the program are eligible to participate.
