Applicant requirements
Individuals enrolled in higher education programs accredited by the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science may participate in the competition under this program, provided they do not have active contracts with the Fund (are not grant recipients, heads of grant-receiving organizations, or project scientific supervisors at the time of application) and have not previously received a grant under the "Student Startup" program.Areas of fund utilization
