Participants in the program: Consumer (the enterprise that submitted an application for critical components), Operator (ANO "Agency for Technological Development"), Contractor (the grant recipient enterprise that will perform reverse engineering: design documentation development, transfer to the Operator), Manufacturer (the enterprise organizing serial production of components).
Maximum period for design documentation development, production, and sample testing is 24 months.
KPI: Cumulative sales revenue over 4 years = double the grant amount
