Applicant requirements
- Must be an SME in the manufacturing sector, operating for at least 6 months from the date of state registration
- Registration and tax accounting within the territory of Saint Petersburg.
- The type of activity is determined in accordance with OKVED 2 codes for classes 10-18 (except 11.01-11.06, 12); 20-33 (except 20.11).
- Arrears on assessed taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level do not exceed 50 thousand ₽ as of the loan application date.
- Absence of violations of terms of previously concluded agreements within 6 months preceding the date of the loan application.
- Positive credit history.
- Suretyship of at least two individuals for the full amount of the loan.
- Planned income must ensure loan repayment.
