Subsidies are provided to reimburse documented costs associated with the purchase of pilot batches of products by buyers from suppliers, actually incurred by buyers no earlier than January 1 of the year preceding the year of application for the competitive selection, in an amount not exceeding 50% of the specified costs, but no more than 150 million rubles per applicant.

The subsidy is provided to the buyer who has passed the competitive selection after concluding a subsidy agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

Winners of the competitive selection are determined annually.
