Aerial operations using UAVs

The Research and Production Center for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS RPC) of the Saint Petersburg Technopark performs aerial monitoring, inspection, patrolling, and surveying of objects using unmanned aerial systems.
The UAV Research and Production Center conducts aerial photography of territories, infrastructure objects, buildings, and structures. The customer can receive photo, video, and thermal imaging materials, 360° panoramas, or regular monitoring materials to record the object's condition for subsequent analysis by specialized professionals.

The use of UAVs makes it possible to collect materials on extended, high-rise, and hard-to-reach objects without the constant presence of specialists directly at height. The scope of work is determined individually, taking into account the object, the required type of filming, the number of site visits, and the final deliverables.
Areas of work
Aerial photography helps record the condition of extended objects and individual sections to monitor changes and perform further analysis.

  • aerial monitoring of territories and objects;
  • aerial patrolling of power lines and pipelines;
  • inspection of transportation routes for various objects;
  • patrolling of coastal zones and inspection of water areas.

Tasks

Monitoring of extended objects

For organizations needing to record the condition of territories, power lines, pipelines, and routes.

Inspection of buildings and structures

JSC Saint Petersburg Technopark — UAV operator
JSC Saint Petersburg Technopark has received a UAV operator certificate. It confirms the organization's status as a UAV operator and is significant for the transition from individual projects to systemic work with unmanned aircraft systems.

The work is carried out by the Technopark's specialized division — the UAV Research and Production Center. More details on obtaining the certificate — in the official material of the Saint Petersburg Technopark.

Assistance in obtaining UAV operator status
The UAV Research and Production Center advises organizations that plan to work independently with UAVs and are considering obtaining operator status. Support helps to assess the initial situation, determine further actions, and prepare for the necessary procedures.

The scope of support is determined after discussing the request. The UAV Research and Production Center does not guarantee the acquisition of status or the result of passing the established procedures.
