Joined PJSC Rostelecom in November 2017. Prior to that, from 2016, she was an investment manager at the RVC Fund of Funds. From November 2010, she was a leading expert at Almaz Capital Partners, heading the fund's internet division in Russia/CIS. Before joining Almaz, she held the position of Head of Strategy and Business Development at the Finam investment company and project manager at eHouse Holding, where she was involved in developing an internet advertising management system and several other projects. Lyubov is recognized as one of the "leading ladies" of the Russian Internet and digital media industry. In 2012, she was ranked among the TOP 10 influential women in IT in Russia. One of the Top 5 women in VC in Russia since 2014.
