Individual consultations with Business Incubator specialists
The Business Incubator of the Saint Petersburg Technopark provides residents and program participants with free individual consultations on key issues of technological business development. Each consultation is adapted to the project's objectives and aimed at accelerated achievement of results.
Consultation topics include:
— Investment support: preparation for attracting investment, review of investment presentations, assessment of the project's investment strategy.
— Technology transfer: assistance in transferring technologies between science and business, assessment of R&D commercialization, search for industrial partners.
— Team building: selection of missing competencies, hiring the first employees, advice on startup team structure.
— Interaction with universities: searching for research groups, organizing internships and student project work, coordinating partnerships.
— Marketing support: project positioning, product packaging, preparation for pilots and first sales.
Consultations are conducted by practicing specialists and mentors with experience in technology companies, venture capital funds, and educational organizations. Registration is available upon individual request through a manager.
