The 3D scanning service at the Saint Petersburg Technopark Prototyping Center allows for obtaining an accurate digital copy of a physical object while preserving its shape, dimensions, and surface texture. Scanning is performed using professional equipment that ensures accuracy down to tens of microns.

The technology is applied in engineering projects, reverse engineering, restoration, museum digitalization, production control, and archiving of unique parts. As a result, you receive a point cloud or a finished 3D model suitable for editing, analysis, or subsequent 3D printing.

Center specialists perform post-processing of scans: noise and artifact removal, alignment, segmentation, and export to required formats. Further modeling, adaptation for printing technologies, and prototype manufacturing are possible.
