Additive manufacturing of multifunctional electronic structures and PCB prototypes using inkjet nanoprinting of conductive and dielectric materials. The technology is designed for rapid prototyping and experimental research.
The Engineering Center for Radioelectronic Instrumentation of the Saint Petersburg Technopark provides 3D printing services for printed circuit boards using advanced solutions in digital inkjet and layer-by-layer printing.
The CeraPrinter F-Series printer allows for the application of conductive and dielectric materials with micron precision and curing via UV, IR or thermal treatment. The DragonFly 2020 Pro provides multilayer two-component printing, forming volumetric highly integrated structures in a single production cycle. Voltera V-One is used for rapid development of single-sided and double-sided boards, including the application of conductive paste, solder mask, and component soldering.
This approach is particularly in demand in R&D, engineering laboratories, when creating unique solutions and testing designs before launching into mass production.
Applications
Rapid prototyping of printed circuit boards
