The Engineering Center for Radio-Electronic Instrumentation of the Saint Petersburg Technopark provides manual mounting services for electronic components using a high-precision digital soldering station. The engineering center's equipment allows for precise tip temperature regulation and ensures a gentle soldering mode for working with miniature and sensitive elements.
Mounting is performed manually by experienced specialists and is particularly effective for prototype refinement, small-batch production, repair, or PCB modification. Installation and dismounting of various component types, work with high-density mounting, and refinement of prototype samples are available.
All work is carried out under ESD-protected conditions and complies with quality requirements for soldering in the electronics industry.
