Applicant requirements
Requirements for attracting extra-budgetary funds in the current calendar year: at least 10% of the requested financial support amount. Legal entities — technology companies that are residents of Research and Production Centers for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (hereinafter — UAS RPC) — that have submitted an application for the competitive selection in accordance with the requirements established in the announcement may participate in the selection.Permitted use of funds
1) Organization of mass production for a new type of UAS control systems, or their components, or parts based on the principles of neurotechnology and neuroelectronics to provide radio communication functions, including signal relaying, signal detection and suppression, communication signal detection and suppression, video signal transmission, and photo data transmission;2) Organization of mass production for a new type of UAS control systems, or their components, or parts based on the principles of neurotechnology and neuroelectronics for monitoring functions;
3) Organization of mass production for a new type of decision-making systems based on the principles of neurotechnology and neuroelectronics.
Term
The implementation period for the project to develop prototypes of new product types at the Research and Production Center must not exceed 12 (twelve) months from the date the competitive selection results protocol is signed.Form of support

The amount of financial support for the entire project implementation period is up to 50 million rubles, provided in the form of grants and (or) payment for additional share issues of legal entities and (or) contributions to the authorized capital of legal entities.Similar support programs
